Nutella and strawberry filled crepes.
Ingredients

2
cups wheat flour.
·
2
spoonfuls of sugar.
·
6
eggs.
·
1
teaspoon vanilla.
·
3
cups of milk.
·
4
tablespoons melted butter.
For filling crepes
Fresh fruit: strawberries, raspberries, mango and bananas.
Chocolate and hazelnut cream. (Nutella)
Bee honey.
Vainilla ice cream.
Preparation
Place flour, eggs, sugar, vainilla and 1 cup milk in a large
bowl.
Use a blender to combine and mix all the ingredients until
you have a smooth dough.
Add the
remaining 2 cups of milk and mix until
dough is smooth.
In the pan
used for creps,melt butter over low heat. Next,pour the melted butter
into a small bowl and let it cool slightly. Then add this butter to the
crepe dough and mix well. Your
pan will be greased and ready to cook
the first creape.
Heat the pan
over médium heat. Use a large soup spoon to
pour the dough into the pan wit
one hand, wile holding the pan with the
other hand then quickly
tilt the pan to the sides so that the crepe dough is distributed
over the entire flat Surface of the pan.
Cook the first
side of the pancake for about a minute or until the edges of the pancake begin to brown. Use a flat spatula to chek
and flip the crepe. Slide the flat spatula gently under te pancake, turn it
over and cook i ton the other side for about 15 to 25 seconds. Remove the
pancake from the pan and place it on a plate. Repeat until
all dough is done.
Fill the crepes with the fruit, the chocolate cream and ice
cream.
