Chocolate Cupcakes
Hi i`m Leslye Reyes, I want to share the
recipe for some cup cakes that are Delicious!!! This recipe is taught to me by my
uncle who is a pastry chef, I and my dad have taught me a lot of cooking stuff,
so I really like to make desserts with them, my dream when I`m big is to be a
chef pastry chef and have my own cup cake shop and more things that iii learm
how to prepare.
For now we start making these chocolate cup
cake
we will need the following ingredients:
125gr of butter
125gr of
sugar
2 eggs
100gr
flour for sponge cakes
75gr of
cocoa powder
Half
teaspoon of vanilla essence
Now that
youre afraid of everything ready, lets get started.
In a
bowl, lets beat the butter along with the sugar until it`s lift up and get very
fronthy, little by little were going to add the eggs one by one, very
carefully, as they are well mixed we put a tablespoon of vanilla.
The tip
who gave me my uncle to know if this list is already bolting the bowl and if
not falls nothing is because it`s already ready (this is a lot of fun).
In
another bowl we will put the flour for biscuits and cocoa powder, this well
stir it with a spatula, along with our sparkling mixture that we did first,
until it`s all well mixed up like a mass fluffy.
Then
werw going to take out our cup cake molds and hand out our dough in them, as we
ask an adult for help to go igniting the oven at 180ºC
Since
this is hot one well ask you to help us put the molds in the oven for 15 to 20
minutes, or until the dough gos up and is consistent, another tip for this is
to put a toothpick in the middle of our bread and if it comes out clean it`s
because it`s ready.
We let them
cool down and now comes the funniest thing.
Let`s
decorate them, to decorate them we can use all the sweets that are occur to us
or we want to.
I
hope you like the recipe, that you will be encouraged to prepare it and above
all that it will have as much fun as I do.
