Mauro’s Kitchen Recipe: Banana Cake
This cake is one of my favorites that is why I
like the idea of sharing the recipe that I have already made many times.
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas.
200 gr. white chocolate.
200 gr. Dark Chocolate.
½ bag of flour.
½ cup of water.
1 cup condensed milk.
1 cup of milk.
3 eggs.
300 gr. Sugar.
1 blender.
1 baking mold.
90 gr. melted butter.
1 teaspoon beaking soda.
1 teaspoon sea salt.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
100 gr.chocolate chips.
Preparation:
First put the eggs on the blender, the condensed milk, the sugar, the
water, the milk and the bananas. You have to shake very well and then put the melted
butter. Mix it for about 15 minutes and then you can add the flour, (the flour must
be sifted first) the teaspoon baking soda, the teaspoon sea salt and the
teaspoon baking powder. Mix the ingredients until all are incorporated in the
blended
The next step is to add the chocolate chips and beat the mixture just a
little so that the chocolate does not melt.
Separately you must grease the baking mold with a little of butter and
then you sprinkle with flour.
Put all the mixture on the baking mold and bake at a temperature of 180
degrees Celsius about 45 minutes. To know if it is ready you have to puncture the
cake with a fork.
In the meantime melt the chocolate in the microwave about 30 seconds and
reserve.
Remember that you should always clean your area where you are cooking ok?
Take your bread out of the oven and put it to cool on a rack and in a
place away from the heat of the stove oven.
When your cake be ready, you can make chocolate lines on your cake… this
is so delicious!
Cool and taste!!!
Important note: You must wear a hat so that hair does not fall to your
cake and your hands are super clean.
